Hello, I had an open rhinoplasty in September 2021. It has been over 2 years now. My nose was very boxy and bulbous, kind of "square." I also have VERY THICK skin. I attached pictures for reference. Now, my nose is (even 2 years later) still looking very funny. As you can see, the right side (which is the LEFT in the photos) is over twice as large as the left side. We don't know if it's scar tissue or just my skin not shrinking? What should I do? I hate the way it looks
