I'm concerned about bottoming out. I had my breast reduction in October 2018 and I think my breasts may be bottoming out. I was super happy with my results immediately after surgery, but now I'm starting to notice a lot of sagging in the lower pole and high areola placement. I'm wondering what type of revision could correct this. I'm not concerned about nipple sensitivity or scarring; but I want an overall aesthetic (and small!) result.
