Permanent Treatment for Lines in Lip Corners?

I have lines going straight down from the corners on my lips (from an overbite, the dentist says). Is there anything permanent I can do for them? I hate them... Thanks.

The corner lift for long term correction of a downturned mouth

There are few permanent options to treat this condition. One surgical procedure which may soften or improve the appearance is called a corner lift and does require incisions around outside corners of the mouth.

Lip Lines

A picture would be helpful, but it sounds as though these lines could be treated with injectables (though not a permanent solution), or possibly microfat injections (which could be permanent). You would need to be seen in person however by a board certifed plastic or facial plastic surgeo who could best define your problem and offer a solution.

Lasers and fillers

Laser and fillers are the most useful in treating these lines. Nothing is permanent but some treatment will last longer than others. Each treatment should be customized depending on your skin type (for lasers) or filler type. Best of luck!
