Thank you for your question! There are several approaches that aesthetic practices may take when it comes to jowls and the lower face in general. In our practice, we would start by doing a full face evaluation on you to determine whether or not the jowls are being caused by some volume loss in the upper third of the face (very common culprit). This volume should be replaced before considering volume replacement in the lower face, particularly around the mouth, to avoid over-filling and becoming imblanaced.
