I don't know if it's swelling or a seroma. I've had 2 protruding "lumps" in my lower abdomen for a couple of months now (Photo)

They seem to get bigger throughout the day. When I went in for my 6 week post op my ps said it was just swelling. The swelling hasn't gone away and I am 5 months post op. I can press the lumps and they are squishy, but not fully liquidy feeling. If I lay flat, they disappear, but when I stand they stick out. I still wear my compression garment at the end of the day from all the swelling. If I am standing and bend over forward, the skin hangs in that area as well.
