I've a prominent metopic suture, close-set eyes, a rounder, narrower forehead, and an odd fronto-temporal angle caused by Trigonocephaly. I have provided pictures on the temporal hollowing--the most obvious deformity. What can I expect to be fixed in surgery and what is the estimated cost?
