How would I fix this purple line on my nose? (Photo)

My 2.5 year old son threw a pool ball at my nose about a year ago and it wasn't broken but I got a bruise one the bride of my nose and now a year later I notice a purple line going down as in the picture. How could I get this fixed or is it even possible
