I have done upper bepharoplasty 15 days ago. I had eyeliner permanent make up but the tip was so thick and high and I wanted to fix this, doctor told me he can remove this at same time he remove the fat in my eyes but now I'm scared and frustrated cause the scars on the sides ofmy eyes are thick and bulky and the eyeliner is uneven so doctor told me wait to heal and after wait some time and do a new tattoo to fix the eyeliner. I don't know what to do to fix this problems in my eyes I'm desperate

Answer: 15 days post op, I have scars on the sides of my eyes after upper blepharoplasty. What I can do?
As outlined below, you have deep set eyes with a strong brow bone and some skin laxity. You require a consultation, obviously, to review the options, but from the photo is appears that botox and some skin tightening procedures such as ThermiRF Tight or Ulthera would be excellent and safe...
You do have a deep fold of your upper lids. But overall your eyes are quite beautiful and you do not need anything done for them. You are too young and I think your eyes look nice.
On the other hand, chalazia do not need to be surgically removed unless the appearance bothers you. Having said that, I would recommend the steroid injection. This can melt the last bit of the chalazia. Ask you ophthalmologist if he or she will do this.
