Hi Im 18 and had a nosejob about two years ago. When I was 11 my orthodontist said I had a crossbite and gave me a palatal expander. It stretched my whole face. After the expansion I wore braces for two years, took them off when I was 14. Now I notice that I have a crossbite AGAIN! and doing a little research and by looking at old photos of me before the expander and after I noticed that it changed my nose completely. I want to fix my teeth but i don't want to ruin my nose!
