I had fat transferred to my face 6 months ago and was curious if these residual fat pockets could be removed with just a syringe in office or if I truly would require a whole operation? They are very tiny BUT noticeable. They show more when I smile, which I do a lot of. They are soft to the touch and give a weird appearance from front and profile. They are both located right above my ear and below my temples. Thank you.
