I went to a dermatologist 3 years ago for a mole check and recently got some mole removed from my back. 2 months ago I not a mole near my belly button and was considering getting it removed and when I was looking at it .. It appeared to be flacky and it scratched off without bleeding and looked like there was never a mole there with perfect skin underneath. Now 2 mths later it has returned and is flacky and it's almost like you can rub it off with a light brown color underneath. I'm 29

To expedite the process, you may need pulsed dye laser, fractional laser, and application of Plato's Scar Serum twice daily. The treatments will help improve results. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
I would use a combination of pulsed dye laser and apply Plato's Scar Serum to help reduce the redness of your mole removal scars. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
If your mole is normal in appearance, removal should be strictly a cosmetic concern and can be performed with non surgical methods. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
