I have a square, wide butt and I think isn't mostly because of my love handles. Diet and exercise have helped some my my mom had the same shape so some of its genetics. I would prefer not to get a BBL because the recovery and travel time isn't doable for me at this time. Would lipo alone on my love handles help my butt and which forms would be the most effective?
