I've noticed for a few years now that my eyes look different from one another when I smile; however it's becoming so much worse. Every time I smile I think about it. Is there any strategy to get my eyes the same size when I'm smiling?

From the photographs it appears that Kim had a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with a tightening procedure at the outer corners. The lids seem tugged up a bit where the tightening may have occurred. It looks like the upper eyelids were not touched, because there seems to be the same amount of skin...
With a mullerectomy some people will see an elevated lid in about 24 hours. For others it can slowly elevate and this can take a few weeks. It is unusual that it would lift and then fall so quickly, so give it some more time.
