I had a revision rhinoplasty a month ago. My bridge had a few irregularities and I had an undefined and droopy tip. My surgeon used a septal extension graft and photos of my new nose are included, as well as before" photos. I think that my new nose is cute, but it's to small for my face and I didn't ask for a button nose. My surgeon says the tip projection is optimal and over time the tip will soften. I'm so distraught and don't even want to consider a second revision. Thoughts?
