Simple nasal scar improvement with scar revision
That small scar on your nose appears to be capable of being improved through simple scar revision. A ellipitical incision done under local anesthesia should help narrow the scar. Do not think of the scar being fixed which suggests that you are thinking it can be removed or erased. There is no magical scar eraser. Think of scar revision as improvement with narrowing or a diminished appearance to the scar.
