Ear size! Is it possible to reduce the overall size of ears? (Photo)

Thank you for your question.  Yes, there are certainly ear reshaping techniques that can reduce the overall size and appearance of your ears.  From your picture alone, I believe that you would be a good candidate.  These techniques also work well in an overall procedure of setting the ears back, as well (although I know this is not your main concern). Be sure to find a Facial Plastic or General Plastic Surgeon in your area, to discuss your concerns in person.  I hope that this helps!-David Gilpin

Hi Smile123,With just one photo, we may not be able to give the best evaluation, but based on the photo, I agree that your your left ear is relatively large. A  simple ear lobule reduction will be a good option as it will be less invasive, or reduction of the helix and antihelix may also be considered.
