Traditional CO2 laser vs Lase MD Ultra - Which would deliver best results for minimizing and erasing hyperpigmentation?

I am a 39 year old fair skinned redhead with hyperpigmentation that I want erased. My derm told me to do a session of three “lighter” CO2 treatments (ablative) as I’m sensitive and can’t handle the downtime of full force. However, another extremely reputable derm mentioned Ultra. I would pair either treatment with RF micro needling with PRP for tightening as well, but first things first, I want my brown spots gone! Any recommendations on which would be better?
