Hi, I have raised acne scars on my cheek and nose. I am currently having Kenalog 40, thus far three sessions and no results. I was wondering if continuing this treatment would cause any thinning of the skin? Also can I still use Tretinoin since the cause from what I know of pebblestone scars is from producing too much collagen? Thanks
