Hello,At 6 weeks post liposuction your healing and skin retraction are not yet complete. Any residual deformity in a few months may be due to skin laxity or residual breast tissue and/or fat. Thank you for sharing your question and photograph and congratulations on your procedure.  Nothing replaces an in-person examination but at six weeks you have not yet fully healed from surgery and your tissues may still be swollen causing some of the asymmetry. I would voice your concerns to your surgeon as they are in the best position to help advise you.  Hope this helps.

With any liposuction procedure six weeks is not enough time for healing.  You will like your results more after 3-6 months.  It will take more time for the post-surgical induration to subside. I would suggest you massage the wrinkled areas twice a day.   Also, discuss this concern with your surgeon.  He will be able to address any issues.
