I am only 34 years old. I exercise regularly, drink lots of water, avoid salt, have worn sunscreen since my teen years and I have embarssingly shadowy under eye bags. Surgery is not an option, as my husband is completely against it. I have used Retin-A for a couple years now and I am wondering if I should quit and hope the under eye might improve?
