I had a baby in April as single mom, breastfed until June. I’ve had some tenderness in rib cage above breasts (had augmentation 15 yr ago with silicon, textured) for c1year. In December I had fever &lump on right breast, treated by antibiotics. Ive been getting more painful cysts coming and going on both breasts. On augmentin now. My lymph nodes swollen. My doctor recommended mammogram - is that right? Could removal and replacement be done simultaneously as I had almost no natural breast tissue?
