The situation you describe suggests evaluation and care by both an experienced board certified plastic surgeon (perhaps the surgeon who performed your original breast augmentation) and a women's health or breast specialist.  The plastic surgeon can evaluate your breast implant status and discuss whether replacement is needed sooner or later.  Elective breast implant revision is not usually done when you are having frequent infections elsewhere.  The breast specialist can evaluate the issues that are causing the infections and cysts arising from the glandular portion of the breast.  They could recommend biopsy if they thought the diagnosis might be breast cancer.  They could remove cysts, through surgery or by radiology techniques.
