I'm planning on doing chin lipo, the fat is directly underneath my chin and there is no fat on my jaw/jawline. The surgeon I met with said it could be done with anesthesia or possibly local anesthesia (and sedatives). This is normal lipo, not smartlipo. The area where the fat is, is approx 1.5-2 cm wide and 2-2.5 cm long. What is the best option and the lowest risk? My concern is if I am awake and I would move my head by accident just a tiny bit, could the surgeon hit a nerve or a big vein?

Thanks for posting your question and photo. From what I can see here you have an attractive profile. I don't believe you need a chin implant. You do have a strong jawline and chin. These features are consider attractive. Look at Angelina Jolie or Megan Fox. They both have attractive faces...
