I am a 155 lb male w/ moderate acne that has not responded to topical retinoids (Retin-A & Differin), oral antibiotics (doxycycline & minocycline), Epiduo, and OTC treatments (salicylic acid & benzoyl peroxide) - all used at different times/combinations under MD supervision. I’ve now on been on Accutane for 3 months w/ dosage 40mg/day for month 1 and 80 mg for month 2 & 3. I’ve seen close to 0 improvement. I’ve taken it w a fatty meal every time. Will I ever see improvement?
