Answer: The 800 cc is the biggest silicone they make! Thanks for your question and photos. The 800 cc volume is the largest silicone breast implant they make and it is a very large breast implant to have in a single operation. Larger breast implants might lead to "hotness" but they carry more risks when compared to smaller breast implants. The skin is not going to stretch very quickly and will take a long time, may be 16 weeks or so, to stretch to the point where you can see more of your "real" size and shape. Talk to your PS about concerns with bigger breast implants. Best, Dr. ALDO

Answer: Is 800cc to much??? You have a noticeable sag and asymmetry. I'm not generally an advocate of 800cc implants. i would prefer to see you have a breast lift, correct the asymmetry and implant 350cc High profile placed sub muscular . This may not give you the profound size you seek, but in my opinion will be a more aesthetically committed breast volume and position. In short- i think this will look better. Also, i would improve the apparent inverted nipple.

Answer: 800 implants 800 cc implants are extremely large and are typically used for post-mastectomy reconstruction. Given the ptosis I see on the lateral view, I believe that this would result in sagging. 800 cc will not produce proportion. You would be at higher risk for surgical complications including capsular contracture.

Answer: Is 800cc breast implant to much??? Moderate plus I picked. First, consider the fact that you do have breast asymmetry with the right breast (left in photo) lower than the other breast. Adding 800 cc implants is going to exaggerate this asymmetry and may be a significant concern to you postop.Another consideration is that breast implants in the 800 cc size range have significantly more risk of complications such as capsular contracture and other issues than implants 350 cc and less.Of course it is your body and your choice. However I have personally never used 800 cc implants for a cosmetic breast augmentation, and have only use implants that size for breast reconstruction after mastectomy.I suggest that you visit your plastic surgeon and undergo a sizing evaluation in which a volume of 800 cc can be placed into a none padded bra so you can see how you look with that size. Your breasts already have some ptosis or sagging and implants in the 800 cc range can accentuate the sagging further.

Answer: Size The implant you chose is a large and heavy implant. I would suggest trying on that size, feeling the weight, and seeing how that size looks. You are tall enough to carry it around, just make sure that is the size you do want to carry around. Over time, large implants may thin your breast tissue and sag. If you are also going with a lift, a smaller implant may look better longer.
