Can holding things like very warm coffee cups to where there’s bulging help dissolve threads? I noticed a doc mentioned that somewhere on RealSelf but wondered if anyone else thinks that’s feasible. I’m going on a group beach trip in 3 weeks & look worse than before I went to get the PDO threads because of the dimpling. I want to continue working out in a week. Is working out arms ok or if a thread pulled out would it be visible moving in my arm b/c I can sort of see it now where dimpling is.
