Have any of you doctors had success treating malar bags or festoons using Ultherapy? (Photo)

Overall, we have seen amazing results with Ultherapy for full face, full neck and décolletage sagging skin, tightening/lifting, contouring, skin texture, lines/wrinkles etc. We use an unique approach in our office, targeting all three layers of the skin and truly customizing the treatment for each patient dependent on their skin, goals etc. I wouldn't suggest it as a treatment for "malar bags" and without seeing pics, its hard to say which treatment I would suggest. Im not sure if you are asking this question for yourself, but if you are, then based on the pictures you've posted you do not have malar bags and you certainly don't have festoons. Also, true malar bags and festoons are not noticeably improved with ultherapy treatment and will require surgery.
