Upon drain removal, firm, ropelike protusion presented below drain line. If I noticed swelling prior to drain removal I attributed to drain -caused swelling. PS stated this was where incision of neck ended and that massage should be done. Platysmaplasty performed. No lipo. No improvement, if anything, feels tighter on my neck. I return to PS next week. I maintain faith I am in good hands. Just soliciting similar cases to appease my nerves. Thank you!
