I have had two septoplasty’s. same surgeon. Both times, they have left my nose looking crooked and it’s hard to breathe. the nostril is colapsed on the right side. The first month I can breathe normal and it looks straight But then it colapses.. Possibly getting a third in Korea but I am wondering how successful It will be, and if they could revise my dorsal hump as well.. I am unsure if I have enough septal cartilage left, are there any procedures that can fix this problem?
