I usually receive 80 units of dysport very 12 weeks for my forehead and crows feet. What I have noticed is by the 9-12 weeks my crows feet are back and my 11’s look rough. Is it not recommended to receive half as much but more often? Given the fact that it takes a week or two for dysports full effect and the results don’t look that great by weeks 9-12 , I feel like I am paying a significant amount of money to be ‘less wrinkled’ for really only 8 weeks. Is half as much more often a good idea?

The heaviness that you mentioned occurs occasionally after Botox but often resolves over the first few weeks. The fatigue is not a common symptom after Botox/Dysport and is likely unrelated to treatment. Your final results from treatment are seen two weeks after injection.
