I don't think I want to get a bbl since I'm not sure if have enough fat and I don't think I can stand the recovery. I was wondering if treating my lower back and love handles and the small lower belly pooch with lipo will make my butt stand out more? I don't want a massive butt, just to make it a bit more prominent.

You have some pigment from the break down of red blood cells in areas that bruised. This is hard to remove, but often improves over time. Laser treatments might help improve it.
