There are two choices for treating loose skin caused by a lack of volume: butt implants or a BBL.
The second approach is to remove extra skin using a buttlift.

A lower back lifting is 100% needed because of the sagging in the lower part of the buttocks which is normal after losing weight. Doing butt lift will be making the bum area smaller since we are removing excess skin and you don't seem to have the needed amount of fat to make fat transfer + butt lift, so my recommendation will be doing buttock implants. It will be the best option to give the desired result on the long term
