Answer: Do I have enough fat for a BBL? You don't need to gain any weight before your BBL--you have enough fat for what we call a skinny BBL. The video will help to explain it but essentially you have good fatty deposits in your love handle region and in your tummy to perform a BBL. Most people tend to think they need a lot more fat than they do.

Answer: Liposuction and BBL Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL). Kind regards

Answer: Is it possible during BBL to include the thighs & hips instead of just the butt for a more natural look? Thanks for posting the excellent photos, it really helps to respond. You are very under weight and have limited fat sites to lipo for transfer. This is called a "SKINNY BBL". You do not have enough donor or transferrable fat for more than maybe to fill your hip dips. Therefore you can think of a "COMPOSITE SKINNY BBL" - or a combination of lipo/fat transfer/with Sculptra injections in #'s of vials (around 40). Just that combination fee is $18,000. If adding full lift w/o implants the total fee $25,000. Just giving you more information to think about.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Lilac2413, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Natural look requires blending Usually, fat transfer would extend to adjacent areas, such as hips, in order to give a more natural look.
