Can anything be done about my buffalo hump if it’s bone? (photo)

I’m a 25 year old female that’s had terrible posture my whole life because of being embarrassed by my big breasts. I recently noticed the hump on my neck but unfortunately, I think it likely bone. I fear that it’s permanent and there’s nothing I can do. Is there any procedure for something like that? I could only find people suggesting liposuction for back fat and while I have put on weight, I think it’s more of a skeleton problem..any advice?

I can understand your concern. Pending a formal evaluation, you may be a good candidate for a Revision Liposuction. You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.
The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like...
Traditional daily lymphatic massage for 7-10 days then 1-2x a week for 2-3 months is best. start exercising 2-3 weeks after liposuction to this area. "machines" do not help except for RF treatments. Best, Dr. Emer.
It all depends on the thickness of skin, muscular density, and fat areas. you CAN REMOVE up to 5L but typically its 1-3 L for contouring on the average people. smaller people much less. post photos and come consult as the amount of fat removed is not reflective on the results. Best, Dr. Emer.
