While there was the swelling you could not see the dimple at all. The plastic surgeon told me over a few months some fat would go away. It's only been a few weeks and my chin dimple almost (not completely) looks the way it did before in certain lighting. What do I do. I paid good money for this and it is disheartening to see it return after just a few weeks.

Hi and thanks for your question. I would agree with all the others and saying that much of what you are seeing is swelling. Patients can swell quite significantly from this and can last many days. As hard as it is, try and be patient.

Ulthera kills fat but it is not great for contouring IMO. Jawline and cheeks usually work best with a little microliposuction under local anesthesia. See your doctor.
