I’ve had one lift when implants were put in, is it more risky to have a second lift when they are taken out?

58 y.o. 170 lbs, 5’1” Recent car accident, seatbelt caused bruised right breast and caused severe pain for a month or more. MRI has been done. MRI was read as no rupture. However it appears that the seatbelt pushed my implant further down into my chest wall. I was a 36C pre-implant, 38DD post implant. Conflicted about whether to lift or not with explant. I was told by a retired cosmetic surgeon that I have “butter skin” or skin like butter, too soft.
