I had my two implants fixed in July now I'm due to get screws and crowns fixes on them. Meanwhile I found out I'm 2 months pregnant. My dentist said it will be ok, but I would like to get second opinion as I am still worried. Thank you

If it is hard it is possibly bone. It has only been one week so I would not panic, but I would definitely call the dentist who did it and get in to see him/her to evaluate as soon as possible
