How to Manage Oily Face During Pregnancy?

Hi Docs, am 30 year old lady, currently experiencing a very oily face through out the day. Am 20 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child. I naturally have a very oily face which is acne prone. Am currently not using any facial cleansers or creams because am afraid they might affect my developing baby. please help with ideas on how i can manage it without putting my baby at any risk. thanks alot and God bless you.
