Yes, it really depends on the numbing cream and the vehicle. We use 23/7 lidocaine and tetracaine in a gel. This give great numbing, especially after 40 minutes. This is our default Fraxel laser and fractional laser gel as well eMatrix. Great gel- made by pharmacist Andy Tran from myskinpharmacy.com.au
