It feels like my nose is splitting (I know not really). Before I got the Invisalign the deviated septum was annoying. Now it feels like with the teeth moving to make room it is getting worse. Do your roots shift along with the tooth? This crooked upper front tooth has a root that goes to the bottom of my nose.

intended. The system is designed to place constant movement on the teeth.

I would suggest making an appointment with your orthodontist asap. They can evaluate your teeth to let you know which tray to most appropriately go back to. The reason your teeth hurt when you put this invisalign tray in is because your teeth have shifted from not wearing the aligner...
