I'm a circus performer (aerialist and contortionist) and had liposuction on my abdomen and flanks just under 3 weeks ago. I have minor swelling and the bruising is almost gone, yet I have numbness. I'm diligently wearing the compression garment, but when I've removed it to have a shower I've noticed that I can barely arch my back at all without feeling very "stuck" and feeling pulling on my stomach. Is this permanent or will this improve? How soon will it improv?? Help!!

I do not think that there is any evidence that this will help at all. Please save your money. The amount of skin tightening on the face with RetinA is incredibly small, the amount that you would see on the abdomen after liposuction would be even less.
