Hi. There are two creases under my lower lip that look as if it they are caused by a projecting tendon. I'm not sure if that's necessarily anatomically correct but that's what it looks like (so see the image for reference). Are there any surgeries that can be done to eliminate the appearance of this?

The photo is a little dark to see exactly what is going on. Have you been injured on the lip? How long have you noticed it?A non-surgical repair would include using injectable filler in the small side and that would increase the size of your lower lip.
