I had 280cc, silicone, under the muscle implants in 2011. On and off (but more on recently), I have had rib pain on both sides that's even tender to touch. Seen the surgeon and he did an ultrasound and said nothing is wrong with the implants. Well in the past 3 years I have had surgery for thoracic outlet syndrome on my right side. I wonder if this could be due to the implants too? The rib pain right now is mostly on the left side right now. No breast dimpling, swelling, firmness, asymmetry.

You may be an excellent candidate for breast augmentation surgery. Exact end results and cup sizes are usually quite difficult to calculate as everyone has a different starting point.
It is important to have an in-person assessment regarding your concerns as it...
Thank you for the question. Yes, you can switch implant profiles. High profile breast implants project more and are narrower. To keep same width, you have to increase the implant size. Speak with your plastic surgeon about your options. Best regards, Dr. Aldo :)
The breast implants are not the issue, but instead it is the anesthesia medications and your eggs exposed so soon before donation. You're better off making your doctor aware and letting them know about your surgery. Warmest regards, Dr. ALDO
