Would PRP injections minimize the appearance of lines in the under eye and cheek area? 24 y/o (photos)

I’d prefer not to use filler, and I definitely don’t want surgery. They really bother me though and I’ve been noticing them this last year although I think I’ve always had them: I was wondering if prp injections could be an option for me? They look more like indents than fine lines to me. I’m only 24 and would like to hold off drastic for as a long as possible. Thank you!!
