I got breast implants 5 years ago. Incision was under the breast not around the areola. About a year ago a linear dent appeared on the bottom of my left areola and I really didn't pay too much attention to it. But now the dent is starting to appear on the other areola. When my nipple becomes hard the line goes away, the dent only appears when then nipple/areola is not hard/stimulated. What could be causing this?
