Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back, hips and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.

I think you're a great candidate for a subtle BBL. The procedure would involve liposuction to your flanks and transfer of the fat to your buttock to fill out the hip dips you're trying to correct. The result would be a very attractive hourglass figure I suspect you're looking for. People who are young and healthy with good skin (it looks like you meet those criteria) tend to have excellent, permanent results. As long as your weight remains stable, I think you'll be very happy.
