He used a shot of anesthesia and put it on my left ear to open the skin and to remove the stitch. Once he remove the stitch he closed the skin with 2 superficial stitches. Just after procedure I felt vertigo and i had the sensation of partial hearing loss on the ear he work on. Is that temporary ? Is that normal ? please help !

It is unlikely to have your otoplasty reverse. This is especially true if the Cartlidge has been cut and removed. I would wait three months to allow the operation to heal completely and then I would get second opinions for revision.
Costs will vary considerably across states and even in the same area. You are probably looking at a range of $500 to $1500 depending on the area you live and whether it is on both sides or just the one. Insurance may be able to reimburse or cover a portion of the procedure.
Your scar looks great for two weeks. It would be much too early to consider any sort of scar treatment. It appears as though this will heal nicely, however it is never a bad idea to meet with your surgeon to discuss scar management techniques such as massage to improve the final appearance.
