How long after ptosis repair surgery (Müller’s muscle conjunctival resection) can you wear makeup on the affected eye?

I received surgery to my left eye to correct my congenital ptosis on 5/7/17. Overall it is healing well three days later -- still swollen and bruised, but improving every day. As the sutures are on the inside of my eyelid and there is no external stitches/scarring, how long will it be before I can wear makeup, including mascara? I have seen other answers on this site advocating waiting two weeks following surgery, but those have all been for cases where the outer eyelid had sutures or incisions.
