3 days ago I had my first vbeam and diode (532 or 940) for fairly mild rosacea on nose and cheeks.straight after it was very red which i expected. An hr later it settled into a glow which I expecteD and remained the next day.last night my face was a little itchy(not too much).this morning my cheeks (not nose) is v red and blochy.looking closely, I have tiny raised white dots/spots on cheeks where it is red and the texture is slightly rough. I only use cetAphill moisturiser. What is this!? Help
