I am a 35 year old considering Invisalign. I have 1 baby tooth that has NO adult tooth underneath. and it has a filling in it (originally amalgam then changed to composite). I am concerned orthodontics may cause the tooth to fall out either through the force and movement of the teeth or from root resorption. I read resorption naturally occurs in baby teeth & that minor root resorption is common in orthodontics. What is the general likelihood that Invisalign will cause me to lose this baby tooth?
