My lateral incisors are smaller than the rest of my teeth. What should I do about it?

I have recently noticed how my lateral incisors are smaller than the rest of my teeth -- and seeing it in photos has made me self conscious about it. It isn't as noticeable when I am smiling regular, but I tend to laugh in photos. It is really the only problem I have with my smile, I just don't know what I should do about it --- or what my potential options are. I have an appointment with my dentist when I get home in a few weeks, but I would like thoughts and ideas to look into before.
